It is about a woman named Ning who owns a nail salon and has a special relationship with her employees, and they all wear name tags labeled “Susan.” The story lasts through one day of Ning’s working life.
All it takes for me to fall in love with a book is a good government corruption plot with a violent, evil leader and a female heroine who falls in love. I loved “Legend” by Marie Lu because of this.
