INGREDIENTS:
Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Taco seasoning
Chicken broth
Can of rotel (or substitute salsa)
Jar of queso
Taco shells or quesadillas
Your favorite taco toppings
Directions:
- Spray slow cooker (crock pot) with cooking spray
- Layer chicken in crock pot and sprinkle with taco seasoning
- In a bowl, combine chicken broth and rotel (or salsa) mix well and pour over the chicken
- Cook on high for 4-6 hours
- When ready, drain excess liquid and shred chicken
- Spoon queso onto chicken and spread evenly. Cook on low for 20 minutes
- Serve in a taco shell or quesadilla with your favorite taco toppings!
