Recipe of the Week: Lazy Carbonara

Recipe of the Week: Lazy Carbonara

Ingredients:

1/2 pound dry spaghetti

1 cup chopped ham

1 cup Parmesan cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese

3 eggs

1 pinch of pepper

Directions:

Boil spaghetti for seven minutes.

Drain water and place in a frying pan.

Mix the rest of the ingredients together in the pan until the eggs are scrambled.
