Multiple locations across the campus of Shippensburg University were vandalized in the early hours of April 10.

Dauphin Humanities Center, Memorial Auditorium, Shippen Hall and the Grace. B Luhrs University Elementary School playground were just some of the locations that were vandalized with the letters “EQV” Wednesday morning. Several rocks, sculptures and sidewalks were also targeted.

“SUPD was alerted to this vandalism at multiple locations across campus in the early morning hours today,” SU director of communications and marketing Megan Silverstrim said. “They are investigating and facilities is working diligently to clean this up.”

Facilities spent the early afternoon hosing down the letters from various campus buildings and were seen removing the letters from the wall of Dauphin Humanities Center at 1:38 p.m.
