How to make French-styled crepes

Sweet crepes are great for a Sunday brunch or an afternoon snack. They are easy to make for any college student with an interest in pastries

It takes 15 minutes to prepare this dish. Cooking takes 30 minutes. Maximum servings is 6. 

- 1 cup of flour 

- 1 egg

- 1/8 cup of sugar 

- 1 tablespoon of butter

- 3/4 cup of milk 

- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract 

- 1 cup of chopped strawberries 

- Nutella

1. Mix flour and sugar in one bowl. Whisk an egg separately. Melt butter for 30 seconds and pour in with the egg. 

2. Combine dry and wet 

ingredients together and add one tablespoon of vanilla extract.

3. Gradually add milk into mixture and stir. 


 

 

4. In a small skillet over medium heat, pour 1/4 cup of batter evenly into the pan, swirl the batter to coat the pan. 

5. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute. Repeat until both sides are golden brown. 

6. Microwave Nutella for 35 seconds, spread inside the crepe with strawberries.
