Tennis splits weekend matches at Bowie State

Shippensburg University’s tennis team traveled to Bowie State on Saturday and split matches against the host Bulldogs and Elizabeth City State University. Their overall record moves to 3-3.

Wrestling wins a close battle at home

Shippensburg wrestling triumphed in a close battle with Felician University on Wednesday evening at home, winning 26-23. The team’s overall record moves to 6-10. 


Swimming finishes regular season at Stevenson

Shippensburg University’s men’s and women’s swimming teams concluded the regular season by attending the Stevenson University Invitational on Saturday in Owings Mills, Md. There were no team scores recorded since the meet was a last-chance qualifier and time trials. 


Wrestling battles on the road

Shippensburg University’s men’s wrestling team had a busy week on the road, traveling to Seton Hill University for the Seton Hill Duals and to Elizabethtown College for the D. Kenneth Ober Memorial Tournament. 


Men’s basketball splits opening weekend

Shippensburg University men’s basketball opened its season with two games this weekend. The team faced off against Frostburg State and Bluefield State at Frostburg’s Bobcat Invitational.
