From New Jersey to Pennsylvania, Evan Ramos has always had wrestling in his life. Beginning his journey of wrestling at 7 years old, Ramos immediately fell in love with the sport, which led to where he is today as Shippensburg University’s 197-pounder.
The Shippensburg University women’s indoor track & field team competed for the first time in six weeks on Saturday at Lewisburg, finishing third overall in Bucknell University’s Gulden Invitational held inside Gerhard Field House. Shippensburg finished the day with 28 performances that satisfied the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) qualifying standards, as the Raiders put forth a bevy of quality efforts despite the long layoff.
