On Tuesday, Feb. 7, the Shippensburg University Homecoming Committee presented a $5,000 check to the Shippensburg Public Library Capital Campaign.
The Thought Lot, located at Orange and Earl streets, may look like just a warehouse from the outside, but inside it is full of endless possibilities for local business owners, artists and musicians.

Professor Neil Connelly, 42, arrived at SU in the Fall 2010 semester and jumped into teaching fiction and poetry. With the decision to move to Pennsylvania with his family, Connelly chose the open position because he admired SU’s faculty and the college’s endeavors. “I looked on the Web-site and I was impressed with the faculty that is here,” he said.
