Flatley tells tale with dance performance

On the radiant flat-screen spanning the width of the stage, an antique watch appears, revealing the source of the slow ticks. It was much slower than any of the tapping throughout the performance. The intricate sounds throughout, supported by video backgrounds of unicorns and waterfalls, took the audience to a fantasy land.

Daughtry concert brings diverse crowd to Luhrs

Chris Daughtry made his big debut on Season 5 of “American Idol” in 2006, soon after his band, Daughtry, released its first album of the same name. The band’s work quickly found its way to the top of the Billboard 200.

The Shippensburg University Department of Global Languages and Cultures brought “Burnt by the Sun,” an award-winning Russian film concerning the Great Purge of Stalinist Russia to the Orndorff Theatre last Tuesday.
