The Shippensburg Community Orchestra performs, led by conductor and assistant professor Mark Hartman at the Luhrs Center. Students, community members and professional trainers are currently preparing for Dr. Hartman's 15th orchestra performance on Nov. 22, at 3 p.m. at Luhrs.
