One person is dead and another is in critical condition after a stabbing in Shippensburg Borough on Oct. 27.

Christopher Nunn II of San Antonio, Texas, was identified by Pennsylvania State Police as the victim, who was found dead Sunday night.

PSP troopers were dispatched to North Washington Street at approximately 10 p.m. Sunday night, in response to a report of two individuals who had been stabbed.

In a press release, PSP said they found Nunn dead at the scene, and a second person had life-threatening injuries. The second individual was transported to Penn State Holy Spirit Medical Center.

According to PSP, there is no threat to the public and that the circumstances surrounding the stabbing are currently under investigation.
