Recipe of the Week:  Strawberry Supreme Cupcakes

Ingredients: 

- Duncan Hines Strawberry Supreme Cake Mix

- 1 cup of water 

- 3 eggs 

- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil 

- 12 halved strawberries

- Vanilla icing 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs in a large bowl for four minutes.

2. Pour mixture into muffin pan and place in oven. Bake for 25 minutes.

3. Decorate with icing after cupcakes cool. Place halved strawberries on top.
