Recipe of the Week: Smoked Sausage Cajun Alfredo

This easy meat-lover pasta recipe is a must-have. The Cajun seasoning and heavy cream creates a restaurant-worthy dinner in minutes. 

Ingredients: 

- 1 package of Italian sausage 

- 8 ounces of pasta 

- 2 cups of heavy cream 

- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning 

- 1 cup of halved grape tomatoes 

- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Boil water for pasta. Cook pasta for 15 minutes until noodles are softened. 

2. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Turn occasionally. 

3. Drain pasta pot. Add heavy cream, tomatoes and Cajun seasoning. Mix for 4 minutes. 

4. Add sausage and parmesan cheese to the pasta mixture. Stir for 2 minutes.
