Men's soccer falls in penalty kicks to Warriors

The Shippensburg University men’s soccer team played its heart out on a cold Tuesday evening last week in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) quarterfinals against rival East Stroudsburg University, playing the game out to a 0–0 tie, but fell in penalty kicks.

On a rainy and muddy Saturday morning at Edinboro University, the Shippensburg University men’s and women’s cross-country squads put in impressive performances at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championship, with the men’s team placing second and the women capturing the title.

An offensive display gave the Shippensburg University football team a dominant win over Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) rival East Stroudsburg University on Senior Day from Seth Grove Stadium, 48–7.

Volleyball gets back on track before PSAC playoffs

After a tough pair of losses last weekend, the Shippensburg University volleyball team got back on track on Friday and Saturday with strong wins over Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) competition in Slippery Rock University and Edinboro University.

Women close out soccer season

The Shippensburg University women’s soccer team (7-10-1, 5-10-1 PSAC) finished the season on a sour note, falling to longtime rival Slippery Rock University (12-4-2, 10-4-2 PSAC) 1-0 on Saturday afternoon.

Offense looks stellar against Bald Eagles

Thanks to a huge performance from redshirt-freshman quarterback Brycen Mussina and the Red Raider offense in the second half, the Shippensburg University football team claimed a 56–37 win over a fellow Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) squad in Lock Haven University (LHU).

Red Raiders shut out rival Marauders to break streak

Nothing less than a dominant win would be satisfactory for the Shippensburg University football team after dropping its last four contests in disappointing fashion. That dominant win came on Saturday as the Red Raiders soundly defeated Millersville University away from home, 37–0.

Volleyball gets back on track, grabs two more wins in PSAC

After a disappointing midweek loss to Pitt-Johnstown University that ended a school-record 15-game win streak, the Shippensburg University women’s volleyball team was back in action over the weekend against Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) rivals West Chester and Millersville universities.

Swimming has mixed success in IUP meet

After impressive season-opening wins against Gannon University, the Shippensburg University men’s and women’s swim teams traveled to take on Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). The men moved to 2–0 with a 112–93 win, while the women fell short, 122–80.
