Recipe of the Week: Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

Recipe of the Week:  Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

Ingredients:

- 16 oz chocolate chips

- 2 tbsp shortening or butter

- 1 box of strawberries

Directions:

1. Place chocolate in a microwavable dish and mix with the shortening or butter. 

2. Allow the chocolate to melt in the microwave and occasionally take the dish out to stir.

3. Insert toothpicks into the tops of the strawberries. Dip the stawberries into the chocolate mixture. 

4. Place onto tray and allow the chocolate to cool for a few moments.

5. Enjoy the chocolate and berry treat.
