The Slate hosts 2021 March Madness Bracket Contest

The Slate is hosting its 2021 March Madness Bracket Contest March 18-April 5.

Find a printable bracket at theslateonline.com, print and fill it out and turn it in for a chance to win prizes.

Contest participants should bring their filled out brackets to The Slate office (CUB 250) or email them to slate.circpr@gmail.com no later than Wednesday, March 17 at 11 p.m.

Brackets must be completely filled out and must include contact information (name, ship email and phone number). There is no cost to participate but participants must be Shippensburg University students or faculty members.

Participants will receive one point for every correct game outcome. If a participant correctly projects the Final Four, they will receive five points. If a participants correctly picks the winner, they will receive five additional points. The person(s) with the most points will receive the prize. 

Winners will be contacted and announced after the NCAA Division I Men's Champion is crowned.


PRIZES:

  • 1st place: $25 Bookstore Gift Card
  • 2nd place: $10 Dunkin' Donuts Gift Card
  • 3rd place: The Slate T-shirt
