Furnishing Alcohol to Minors and Underage Consumption

Shippensburg University police were called to room 209 in Harley Hall for reports of two alcohol overdoses on Feb. 16. 

When the officers arrived they identified two men in the room, Noah Walseman, 21, and a 17-year-old teenager. Both men were violently ill and were sent to the hospital by EMS. 

Walseman has been charged with furnishing alcohol to minors and the 17-year-old was cited for for underage consumption.
