Campus Police Briefs

Underage consumption and false ID

Shippensburg University Police patrolling Cumberland Drive on Feb. 1 observed a male staggering. Officers stopped the male and identified him as 19-year-old Aldo Mendez. When officers asked Mendez for ID, they were provided with a false name and date of birth. Mendez was charged with underage consumption and carrying a false ID.
