Four vehicles were towed from the parking lot of the Our Lady of Visitation Church, located on North Prince Street, in the past week.

Stouffer’s Auto Service towed the students’ vehicles, as parking is not permitted in the area. Signs are posted at the Catholic church, warning drivers not to park.

David Stouffer, owner of Stouffer’s Auto Service, asks that students stop parking there. Stouffer’s called Shippensburg University communications and marketing to pass the message along.

If students leave their cars at the church parking lot, they will be towed.

I appreciate the business, Stouffer joked, but I do not want to have to tow the students’ cars.
