“Fiddler” is a complicated tradition

“Fiddler on the Roof,” one of the most beloved Broadway musicals of all time, took to the stage of the Luhrs Performing Arts Center on Nov. 10. Fiddler first opened on Broadway in 1971 and won nine Tony Awards, including Best Musical.

Discrepancies in the University-101 curriculum

Karlheim helped develop University 101 (UNIV 101) and supervises the dozens of Peer Anchors that work to help incoming first-year students transition to the college atmosphere.

The August 23, 2022, edition of The Slate featured a story highlighting the high ticket prices and overall inaccessibility of Broadway. As a huge theatre fan and frequent Broadway-goer, I found a lot of merit in the argument being laid out in this piece. However, I see more to the story.

Luhrs Performing Arts Center Fall ‘22 Schedule

The H. Ric Luhrs Perform- ing Arts Center announced the fall lineup for its first full season since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Luhrs is hosting a diverse group of performers from national Broadway tours to iconic rock bands.
