E3: A preview of the future of video games

E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) is often described as “The Super Bowl” of video games”. It is the trade show event where most major video game companies announce new products for the upcoming year. This is similar to other events like the Apple press conferences, which show new Apple products. The trade show takes place in June, but there are still lots of speculation and rumors circulating around this year’s E3 show.

‘Sinatra Forever,’ some music never dies

Frank Sinatra will rise from the grave, not in body, but rather in voice during Sinatra Forever: Salute to Frank Sinatra. Vocal impressionist Rick Michel, who Variety magazine has referred to as, “The closest thing to Sinatra we’ve ever had,” will take center stage at the H. Ric Luhrs Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, to give Shippensburg a taste of music that will arguably never die.
