Chambersburg celebrated it’s 21st annual IceFest this past weekend. Originating in 2002, IceFest has been an important tradition in the Franklin County borough for the past two decades. Our very own Multimedia Director, Carmine Scicchitano, had the opportunity to get an inside look at IceFest and see many of the talented artists who participated this year.
