A pandemic's impact: Shippensburg University campus

April 17, 2020 at 9:45 pm

When Shippensburg University students living on campus traveled home for spring break, they did not expect the next time they would return to campus would be to collect their belongings.

After a week-long extension to spring break, students returned to classes through the power of internet. University officials, in an abundance of caution, moved all courses online to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. Now, SU's campus is barren.

University officials have not yet announced when campus will re-open.
