English Professor Brings New Knowledge to SU

Professor Neil Connelly, 42, arrived at SU in the Fall 2010 semester and jumped into teaching fiction and poetry. With the decision to move to Pennsylvania with his family, Connelly chose the open position because he admired SU’s faculty and the college’s endeavors. “I looked on the Web-site and I was impressed with the faculty that is here,” he said.

SU student keeps it moving all the way to Ireland

Shippensburg University student Kelsea Collins is like Maroon 5 and has got the “Moves Like Jagger.” She is an English major who is keeping it moving as her college career blossoms into an opportunity to study abroad. “I don’t know what I want to do with the rest of my life so maybe this will give me a better idea,” Collins said in a quiet study room close to home at SU. Collins began traveling to Limerick University in Ireland on Jan.
