Head coach Seth Bloomquist continues to prepare the Shippensburg University wrestling team for its first competition of the 2016-2017 campaign this Saturday, Nov. 8 at the Drexel Duels at North Penn High School in Lansdale, Pennsylvania.
The Shippensburg University women’s soccer team was unable to get a pivotal win against Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) on Saturday that would have guaranteed a berth in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) playoffs.
The Shippensburg University women’s cross-country team meandered its way upstate to Lock Haven University (LHU) to participate in the Go Fast River Run held on Saturday on Clinton County’s beautiful 6-kilometer track.
The Red Raider football team matched up against Kutztown University Oct. 29 with the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) East Division on the line and suffered a heartbreaking loss in double overtime, 24–21. It is Kutztown’s first win at SU since 1995.

The 2016 season looked promising for the Shippensburg University men’s soccer team, but has quickly turned into one to forget. Despite the team starting the season with five wins in the month of September, the Raiders have now gone winless so far in October.
The Shippensburg University women’s soccer team scored three goals after halftime, including a golden goal in the 96th minute, to secure a 3–2 victory over Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) opponent Mansfield University this past Saturday.
