Frank Sinatra will rise from the grave, not in body, but rather in voice during Sinatra Forever: Salute to Frank Sinatra. Vocal impressionist Rick Michel, who Variety magazine has referred to as, “The closest thing to Sinatra we’ve ever had,” will take center stage at the H. Ric Luhrs Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, to give Shippensburg a taste of music that will arguably never die.
