8 eggs
1 onion
1/2 lb. ham
1/2 lb. swiss cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper
9×9-inch pie dish

Butter the pie dish. Chop the onion and add butter and pepper to it. Cover with plastic wrap and
microwave until soft. Chop ham. Add ham to the bottom of the pie dish. Wisk eggs in a bowl with milk. Add onions to the pie dish. Chop cheese. Add cheese to the pie dish. Pour egg mixture over the pie dish. Cover with tinfoil and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
