Recipe of The Week: Dad’s Burgers
1 1/2 pound ground chuck
Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce
Roll the ground chuck into balls 2 1/2 inch thick.
Flatten the balls to 3/4 inch thick and shape the sides into a circle.
Coat the top of the burger with 2 teaspoons of Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce.
Heat a grill to 600 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grill burgers 5-8 minutes per side, flipping them every 2 minutes until desired doneness.
Place the burger on a hamburger bun and add toppings.
This recipe makes four burgers.
