Recipe of the Week: Baked Ziti



1 pound ziti pasta

4 cups tomato sauce

2 cups cottage cheese

2 cups mozzarella cheese

1 cup parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon pepper


Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Boil ziti noodles until tender. Drain noodles and mix tomato sauce, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese together. Pour mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan and pepper. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
